Industry Canada. The directorate develops, operates, and supports automated systems in support of the Spectrum Management's authorization, licensing, and financial operations. It administers a database of spectrum activities, and collects and processes revenues from licensing operations. It also develops and manages the Spectrum Direct website and conducts research in support of alternative service delivery and revenue models.
